Here’s some interesting advice that you might wish to consider before you read the book called “The Shack” or watch the recently released film. The Shack has raised a lot of controversy and some people say they love it whilst others are going as far as to say that they hate it. You also read that this book has sold over twenty million copies as to date and now that the film has been released no-doubt millions of people will go to watch it so quite a responsibility on the shoulders of the writer of The Shack because he is now in a position where he is influencing millions of people. One very interesting point that this interesting talk here brings out is that the author’s view of Jesus is that Jesus is the best way to get to God so if you are saying that Jesus is the best way to get to God then you must be believing that there are other ways to get to God and this is the real danger here because it goes over the head of what Jesus said, Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” Jesus also said, “He that hath seen me hath seen the Father” and He DID NOT say, he that have seen me have seen the mother (who is Papa in the film). So make of the book or the film what you will or better said, make sure that everything in the film lines up with what Jesus would say and therefore what God would actually say.
